Registration
A registration is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. For paid events the registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are limited by the capacity stated on each event page.
Pricing and invoicing
All prices are shown per ticket and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued to the company details you provide during registration.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests received more than 7 days before the event start are refunded in full. Later cancellations may not be refunded, but a registration may be transferred to another participant free of charge.
Changes by the organiser
EO Bulgaria may change the venue, agenda or speakers. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all paid registrations are refunded in full.
Conduct and media
Participants are expected to respect EO's code of conduct. Photography and video may be captured at events and used for EO Bulgaria communications.
