This policy describes how Entrepreneurs' Organization Bulgaria (“EO Bulgaria”, “we”) processes personal data collected through this events website.
Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number, ticket quantity and, when you request an invoice, company billing details (legal name, UIC, VAT number, registered address, accountable person). We also store your consent choices and the version of this policy you accepted.
Why we process it
To administer your event registration, issue invoices, send transactional emails (confirmations and reminders), and — only with your explicit consent — to send the EO Bulgaria newsletter or follow up about membership interest.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (your registration), legal obligation (accounting and invoicing), and consent (newsletter, membership follow-up).
Retention
Registration and invoicing records are retained as required by Bulgarian accounting law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link.
Processors
Payment processing and email delivery are handled by third-party providers under data processing agreements. Card data is never stored on our servers.
